When planning a memorial service, you need to
identify the guests that you want to invite and send
out invitations to them.
The guest list should be organized and invitations sent
out early enough to allow the guest time to make their
adjustments. Also, you need to be careful not to make
the mistake of forgetting to invite someone important.
If some people will be coming from out of town, be
sure to either organize accommodation for them or
create a list of local hotels that can provide
accommodation with contact details.
A good option is to include whether you or anyone
else might be able to host at their homes various
guests coming from out of town.
